Ultra-fast charging stations are provided by independent companies and availability is not guaranteed.

Terms and conditions 

This offer (the "Offer") is available in conjunction with your purchase or lease of a new 2023 KONA Electric or 2023-24 IONIQ 5 or IONIQ 6 vehicle ("Eligible Vehicle") from a participating Hyundai dealer and financed through Hyundai Motor Finance. Subject to the qualifications, limitations and requirements set forth below, you may qualify to receive a coupon code to cover the cost of a Level 2 ChargePoint ® Home Flex EV charger and up to a $600 credit towards charger installation through Hyundai Home. 

As used in these Terms & Conditions, "you", "your", and "Customer" refer to the purchaser or lessee of an Eligible Vehicle. "Hyundai", "we", "us", and "our" refer to Hyundai Motor America. 

OFFER: Hyundai is offering a coupon code to cover the cost of a Level 2 ChargePoint ® Home Flex EV charger (the "Charger") and up to a $600 credit towards installation of the Charger through Hyundai Home. The total value of this Offer is up to $1,149 (including an MSRP of $549 for the Charger and installation credit of up to $600). This offer is available to eligible customers who purchase or lease an Eligible Vehicle from a participating Hyundai dealer and finance the purchase or lease through Hyundai Motor Finance between September 21, 2023 and October 31, 2023 (the "Offer Term"). All Hyundai dealerships in the fifty United States and District of Columbia (except for Alaska) which are authorized to sell at least one of the Eligible Vehicles are able to participate in this Offer. Customer must take delivery of an Eligible Vehicle from new retail stock and execute a lease or purchase contract by October 31, 2023. To take advantage of this offer, eligible Customers will need to obtain a coupon code provided by Hyundai Motor Finance after purchasing or leasing an Eligible Vehicle during the Offer Term. Coupon code is not available for cash. Installation of the Charger must be scheduled through the Hyundai Home Marketplace (https://hyundaihomemarketplace.com/⁠) within 90 days of lease or purchase contract date. Void in Alaska and outside of the 50 United States and District of Columbia and where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. 

REDEMPTION PROCESS: After purchase or lease of an Eligible Vehicle during the Offer Term, Customer will then receive an e-mail, at the e-mail address provided at the time of purchase or lease, containing a coupon code provided by Hyundai Motor Finance that will cover the cost of the Charger and an installation credit up to $600 solely for installation through Hyundai Home. After purchasing or leasing an Eligible Vehicle during the Offer Term, Customer must visit the Hyundai Home Marketplace and schedule installation of the Charger through Hyundai Home within 90 days of the lease or purchase contract date. A $1 charge will be applied to Customer's credit card and credited toward the installation cost. Customer should contact Hyundai Motor Finance if Customer has not received a coupon code via email within 7 to 10 days after Customer's purchase or lease of an Eligible Vehicle. Coupon codes will begin to be sent out on October 1, 2023. If installation is canceled, the $1 charge will be refunded and Customer will forfeit the coupon code covering the cost of the Charger and the installation credit. 

Upon registering on the Hyundai Home Marketplace and inputting the coupon code provided by Hyundai, Customer will be connected with a dedicated Energy Advisor at Electrum Energy Advisors ("Electrum") to help guide Customer through the Charger installation process. Installation of the Charger will be conducted by third party electricians sourced through Hyundai Home and contracted by Customer (the "Installer"). Installation typically occurs 7-10 days after Customer signs a contract with the Installer. 

ELIGIBILITY: The Offer is limited to residents of the fifty (50) United States and D.C. excluding Alaska, aged 18 or older and this offer can only be obtained from a participating Hyundai dealer offering the Eligible Vehicles. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Charger is only available with installation provided through Hyundai Home, and the Customer will no longer be eligible for the Offer if Customer seeks to self-install or engage any independent third party to install the Charger. The Charger must be installed through Hyundai Home at the primary residence of Customer as set forth on the lease or purchase contract, provided such primary residence is an eligible residential property. Installation is available only at select residential properties, including single-family homes and select other types of properties where installation of an electric vehicle charger is permitted. Customer is required to obtain HOA, landlord or any required third-party approval prior to installation. 

NON TRANSFERABLE: An eligible Customer may not assign or transfer its rights under the Offer, including the applicable coupon code, at any time. The rights under the Offer are non-transferable to any subsequent purchaser or lessee, or any other person or entity to whom the Eligible Vehicle is conveyed by operation of law or otherwise, including without limitation repossession, death, or as a gift. 

CONDITIONS: Limit one (1) coupon code per Eligible Vehicle. Duplicate requests will constitute fraud. Theft, diversion, reproduction, transfer, sale or purchase of this offer is prohibited and constitutes fraud. Not redeemable in any manner other than provided herein. Coupon Code is not transferable and not available for cash. No discounts or credits will be offered for alternatives. The Customer must accept the offered Charger and installation by the Installer sourced through Hyundai Home. Requests not complying with all offer requirements will not be honored. Any fraudulent submission will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Initial deposit required and additional costs may apply. Installation available on select residential property only. Eligible Vehicles available at select retailers in select states and in limited quantities. 2024 IONIQ 5 and IONIQ 6 coming Fall 2023.

COSTS: The Offer includes the Charger and a credit for installation costs through Hyundai Home up to $600 dollars. Any additional costs arising from the Charger installation beyond the $600 credit or associated with repairs will be Customer's sole responsibility. Each residence's situation is different and installation costs will vary and may exceed the $600 installation credit. Variables that may affect these costs can include where the Charger will be installed relative to the home's electrical panel, condition of the home's writing, and similar considerations. After creating a Hyundai Home Marketplace account, initiating the $1 credit card deposit, and providing preliminary information, Customer will receive an estimate for installation costs. Customer may be subject to federal, state or local tax on any benefits received under this Offer. 

AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS: By participating in the Offer, Customer fully agrees to and accepts these Terms & Conditions as the official rules of the Offer and agrees that the decisions of Hyundai regarding the Offer are final and binding in all matters relating to the Offer. Customers who do not comply with these Terms & Conditions, or attempt to interfere with this Offer in any way shall be ineligible. Hyundai reserves the right, at its discretion, to change these Terms & Conditions at any time. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions, or any portion thereof, is found to be unenforceable, it shall be stricken without affecting the validity of the remaining portions of these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions, which incorporate, to the extent applicable, the Hyundai Website Terms of Use and the Hyundai Privacy Policy, represent the entire agreement governing your participation in the Offer and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether or not written, and are not intended to confer upon any person other than the parties, including any creditors, any rights, or remedies hereunder. Hyundai's failure to enforce any of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Customer's participation in the Offer may be cancelled by Hyundai, in its sole discretion, if Customer conceals or misrepresents any material fact or circumstance, including but not limited to Customer's personal information, Eligible Vehicle, or any information provided in connection with the Offer. 

GENERAL CONDITIONS/RELEASE: By participating, Customer agrees to release and hold harmless Hyundai and its advertising and promotion agencies and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors (collectively, the "Released Parties"), from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy, claims based on violation of a third party's intellectual property rights, property damage, personal injury and/or death, which may occur, directly or indirectly, in connection with the Offer, Customer's participation in the Offer, the installation, or in any related activity or Customer's possession, acceptance, use, misuse and/or consumption of any benefit provided in connection with the Offer. Released Parties are not responsible in any way for the Installer actions, recommendations, or any resulting damage caused by, directly or indirectly, the Installer. Released Parties are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, telephone or other communications malfunctions, errors or failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, web site, Internet, or ISP availability, unauthorized human intervention, traffic congestion, incomplete or inaccurate capture of entry information (regardless of cause) or failed, incomplete, garbled, jumbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit Customer's ability to obtain a Coupon Code or schedule installation of the Charger. Released Parties are also not responsible for any for printing errors regarding the Offer details, or any lost, late, delayed, illegible, mutilated, damaged, incomplete or misdirected redemption claims, which will be void. 

Customers who do not comply with these Terms & Conditions, or attempt to interfere with this Offer in any way shall be ineligible. All benefits in connection with the Offer are subject to verification and are void if (a) not obtained in accordance with these Terms & Conditions and through legitimate channels, (b) any part is counterfeit, altered, defective, illegible, reproduced, tampered with, mutilated or irregular in any way or (c) contain printing, typographical, mechanical, seeding or other errors. 

NO WARRANTY: Warranty information can be found on Hyundai Home Marketplace. The Charger and installation is not warranted by Hyundai, and Hyundai expressly disclaims any warranty for this product and the installation, including without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose. Hyundai also disclaims all liability for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, damage to or loss of personal or commercial property, loss of use, cost of purchase of replacement goods, or claims of Customers that result from the use of the Charger or installation of the Charger. The Charger is manufactured and offered by third parties. Installation services are provided by third-party electricians sourced through the Hyundai Home service and contracted by Customer directly. 

DISPUTES: Any disputes arising in connection with Offer and/or these Terms & Conditions are subject to the "Dispute Resolution Policy: Binding Arbitration" policy set forth within the Hyundai Website Terms of Use, available at https://www.hyundaiusa.com/us/en/terms-conditions (including with respect to the choice of law and venue for any dispute arising under the foregoing Dispute Resolution Policy), key provisions of which are reproduced below: 

MOST CUSTOMER CONCERNS CAN BE RESOLVED QUICKLY AND TO THE CUSTOMER'S SATISFACTION BY CONTACTING THE HYUNDAI CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT consumeraffairs@hmausa.com OR CALLING 800-633-5151. IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT THAT HYUNDAI'S CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS UNABLE TO RESOLVE YOUR CONCERNS, WE EACH AGREE TO RESOLVE THOSE DISPUTES THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION OR SMALL CLAIMS COURT INSTEAD OF IN COURTS OF GENERAL JURISDICTION TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AND SUBJECT TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. ARBITRATION IS MORE INFORMAL THAN A LAWSUIT IN COURT. ARBITRATION USES A NEUTRAL ARBITRATOR INSTEAD OF A JUDGE OR JURY, ALLOWS FOR MORE LIMITED DISCOVERY THAN IN COURT, AND IS SUBJECT TO VERY LIMITED REVIEW BY COURTS. ARBITRATORS CAN AWARD THE SAME DAMAGES AND RELIEF THAT A COURT CAN AWARD. ANY ARBITRATION UNDER THIS AGREEMENT WILL TAKE PLACE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW; CLASS ARBITRATIONS, CLASS ACTIONS OR REPRESENTATIVE ARBITRATIONS ARE NOT PERMITTED. Hyundai will pay all administrative costs of the arbitrator, no matter who wins, so long as your claim is not frivolous or brought in bad faith. However, in arbitration, both you and Hyundai will be entitled to recover attorneys' fees from the other party to the same extent as you would be in court. 

Interpretation or application of any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, irrespective of its conflicts of laws provisions. In the event that court intervention is required with respect to interpretation, application or enforcement of the Dispute Resolution Policy mentioned above (including without limitation for petitions to confirm or vacate arbitration awards), you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts located in Orange County, California to the maximum extent permitted by law. This provision and the Dispute Resolution Policy shall survive termination of your relationship with Hyundai, or termination of the Offer.
