EARNING POTENTIAL:Our sales consultants on average make up to $100,000/year, salary of $600 per week plus varied performance bonuses. This position is a great fit if you have terrific customer service skills, a positive attitude, and enjoy collaborating with an amazing, supportive team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Following established sales processes
- Welcome clients and listen to their needs
- Assisting our clients in vehicle selection
- Providing clients with excellent service & knowledge of our Hyundai product
- Demonstrating (test drives) vehicle features for our new and pre owned inventory
- Providing pricing quotes and helping to get clients into the right vehicle
- Using the CRM to following up with our customers via email, text and phone
REQUIREMENTS:- Good attitude & work ethic is our top requirement
- Ideal candidate must be self motivated and be willing to learn and work well with others
- Dedicated to providing our clients a high quality experience
- Commitment to learning the Hyundai brand to become an expert in our product & client relations
- Strong communication skills using phone, email, and text
- Professional appearance
- Must be able to set appointments & follow though the entire process until the sale is complete
- Valid driver license is required
- We work every Saturday
