Sales Manager - Burlington Hyundai


Welcome to Burlington Hyundai! We are the largest Hyundai dealership in Vermont, are growing rapidlyand are in need of a Sales Manager. We offer a relaxed atmosphere, job stability, amazing teammatesand plenty of work to go around!

  • Skilled in utilizing CRM tool for tracking and following up on all sales leads
  • Updates on sales activity to management daily
  • Helps the sales consultants achieve monthly objectives
  • Plans and manages the display of vehicles in the showroom and sales lot
  • Understands and keeps track of federal and State regulations and municipal laws governing thesale of new cars, and observes them
  • Tracks lost sales and local market trends
  • Exchanges vehicles with other dealers
  • Chairs the daily and weekly sales team meetings and implements systems to provide ongoingtraining for the sales consultants
  • Hires, trains and motivates sales staff
  • Conducts performance reviews
  • Ensures that the sales consultants understand and comply with the dealership's sales policies,conditions and systems
  • Other duties as assigned
    • Must be personable, enjoy working with the public, and maintain a clean and professionalappearance
    • Must be highly organized, self-motivated, possess strong negotiation skills and be dedicated toexcellent customer service
    • Must be able to resolve problems, handle conflict, and make effective decisions under pressure
    • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent is required
    • Successful automotive sales management experience preferred
    • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license

    Burlington Hyundai- Sales and Leasing Consultant

    Our sales consultants average over $70,000/year with the potential to earn much more!No experience required! This position is a great fit if you have terrific customer service skills, a positiveattitude, and enjoy collaborating with an amazing, supportive team.

    • Promptly follow up with provided leads via phone, email, and text.
    • Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the dealership
    • Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking questions and listening carefully to theirresponses and needs
    • Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales

    • Explain product performance, application, and benefits to prospective customers

    We value our Parts staff, and pay begins at $38,000/year and could easily increase depending on experience andperformance in the role.

    • Oversee the parts sales process from customer inquiry to finding the part to invoicing the customer
    • Complete special order part request for any parts that need to be ordered for the customer
    • Communicate with customer on the status of any parts ordered
    • Serve as backup to parts delivery or stocking clerk as necessary
    • Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
    • Must follow all company safety policies and procedures
    • Making sure that parts are tagged for the proper customer
    • Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry
    • Making sure the parts department is cleaned up and tidy, removing cardboard
    • Perform other duties as assigned
    • Experience with auto parts sales preferred
    • Valid and current Driver's License
    • Forklift experience is preferred but not required
    • People focused and obsessed with providing great customer service
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
    • Proficient with computer skills is preferred
