"The folks at
Burlington Hyundai, were great! They were the first folks to make
contact with me, when I went online, with my inquiries about a new car,
at the beginning of summer; Liz, my internet salesperson,
stayed with me, throughout my search, for the car, I wanted! They met my
"best price" expectations on the new 2011 sonata limited, in camel
pearl, I finally chose, and, although they did not have the model, in
the showroom, they searched, and found it at a dealer in another state,
picked it up, and delivered it back to Burlington, so I could come and
get it, within a short period of time! I took the ferry across, on foot,
from Plattsburgh, and Liz, met me in my new car, at the ferry landing! I
had a chance to drive the car back to the showroom, where I got to meet
Bill, the sales manager, and Rich, the financial officer. Because, this
was my first trip to the showroom, the paperwork and other procedures
took a little bit more time, than I expected, but I was on my way back
home, in due time."

I had signed up for, on Friday, I decided to cancel some of the
services offered. Upon my request for a change in our agreement, Bill
and Rich, were very accommodating and respectful, thankfully, and after,

home, with a brand new revised contract, and deep satisfaction and
